The LUNCH Framework
Sometimes, we forget that our day-to-day is not only part of our Christian lives, but it is our Christian life. There should be no separation between our Sundays and our weekdays.
The five-part rhythm behind Antioch Circle conversations calls us to worship Him through the whole of our lives and
in every moment, not just in songs or weekend services.
It breaks the lie that worship requires perfection.
Elijah worshiped by simply lying down before God when he had nothing left, reminding us that honesty
in our lowest moments is worship too.
L – Learn
We grow by sharing wisdom, failures, and tested experience - not only information. Everyone at the table is both a learner and a teacher.
U – Unite
We bridge age, church background, culture, and vocation. We choose to listen across differences and find one another in Christ.
N – Nurture
We make space for the heart: stories, struggles, and encouragement. We want people to leave more grounded and seen, not just more informed.
C – Challenge
We gently but clearly call one another to growth, repentance, courage, and obedience - always in love, never in shame.
H – Holistic
We pursue whole-person formation: spiritual, emotional, relational, mental, and practical. Leadership is about your whole life, not just your role.
