About Antioch Circle

The church in Antioch was a sending, listening, and multi-ethnic church. It was a place where leaders from different backgrounds fasted, prayed, and heard the Spirit together before sending people out. Antioch Circle is inspired by that kind of shared discernment and shared table.

This project exists to help the church bridge generations — especially across the 20s to 40s — by creating spaces where stories, questions, and lived experiences can be shared with honesty and hope.

The Joab vs. Benaiah contrast in Scripture reminds us that the way we respond to leadership, transition, and correction shapes our long-term legacy. We want to raise Benaiah-type leaders: courageous, entrusted, and aligned, not merely gifted and driven.

Antioch Circle is not a program. It is a simple way to gather around a table, pay attention to what God is doing across generations, and call one another into Christlike leadership in the real world — at church, at home, and in the marketplace.
